Statistics show that children of single-parent homes are more likely to live in poverty, engage in premarital sexual activity, and participate in other damaging activities than are children in 2-parent homes. Today, though, we see children of 2-parent homes experiencing these same things. By looking at what the scriptures say about their home life, we can look at Mary and Joseph for some ideas on successful parenting.
