Philippines Mission Letter: November 2022

Dear Brethren,
May the Lord’s love, blessings, and protection be upon you and your loved ones always. We continue to be grateful for the opportunity to teach moral values using the Word of

God on a weekly basis to our municipal employees through the moral recovery program of our national government. We taught at the Assessor’s office for the past several months, and they were thankful for our time and for all the good lessons that we shared with them. Last week, we have already started to teach at the Economics department as our new assignment. Our commitment to help with the Department of Social Welfare and Development in conducting Family

Development Sessions has been creating a positive and friendly relationship with the parents that we are teaching. At the end of our presentation, we draw some valuable and meaningful lessons from the Scriptures. Last month, we were also blessed to lead the policemen in a prayer and shared with them words of encouragement and exhortation from the Bible.

We keep on visiting our brethren, especially those who are struggling in life, dealing with health issues, and coping with the loss of their loved ones. It is so heartwarming to hear that our visit has brought encouragement to the family members of those that we visited. We praise God and give Him all the glory and honor for the redemption of two precious souls last month as they confessed their faith in Christ as the Son of God and put on Him in baptism for the remission of their sins. Our two new brothers added by the Lord to His family are Derick Tibunsay and Maruel Tacadena. We have been sharing the Word of God with these brothers for years, and we are so happy and thankful to God that they finally decided to obey Him for their salvation.

We appreciate our young people who exerted effort and continued to encourage them to serve the Lord and become Christians.
